Alan Wong hosts career fair to fill his restaurants

There’s no crying in baseball, but kitchens are another story, where jobs are not for the faint of heart.

If you think you have the dedication and stamina it takes, then you might want to consider heading to The Pineapple Room between 9 and 11 a.m. Aug. 6, where chef Alan Wong will be hosting a career fair in the Macy’s Ala Moana Special Events Room to help fill front and back of house positions at Alan Wong’s Honolulu and The Pineapple Room by Alan Wong.

A release sent out by his staff read, in part:

“We are looking for people with a passion for culinary excellence! We are committed to learning, growing and never settling for anything but the heart and soul’s best.”

Visit http://www.alanwongs.com/corporate/career for a list of open positions and to complete an application form. Bring the completed application with you, along with a resume, and be prepared for an interview.

Contact careers@alanwongs.com or call 808-949-1939 with any questions.

Good luck.
